Had a great time at my first game this season and am very excited for many more in the future. Very exciting team this year that could hpefully bring Lowell a trophy.

I enjoyed the doubleheader on Monday evening, 16 July but I can’t understand having fans stand in line for more than an hour waiting for the gates to open at 5:30 P.M. in the stifling heat. The line was long because we were waiting for the Bobblehead givaway. I would think the Spinners management could have been less rigid, more humane and open the gates at 4:30 P.M. so fans could watch batting practice and the kids get some autographs. There should have been some accomodation to the loyal fans who did not bring water with them to deal with the heat.

I love having a new team to root for and the all of you guys are doing great this season, but I will have to say, with GREAT bias, that my favorite Spinner player is newly drafted Eammon Portice…my brother!! Good luck and keep up the great work guys!

Hey -
Taking my son to our first Spinners game ever for his 10th birthday- driving 2 hours to see them! Anyone know if he can somehow request to meet a player or if he might be able to get an autograph? Baseball is his obsession - he’s completely into the red sox but I’d like him to get into the minor leagues more so we can be into a hobby we can afford to go see live sometimes! I’m 100% sure he will be totally into it, start memorizing names and stats and get hooked. His dad was born just by Lowell and he has family in the area so I feel relatively certain he will be no less than thrilled at the game and hoping to catch some fly ball fouls.
Thanks for the info -

My son collects the Spinners’ bobbleheads and he has missed some over the years. If anyone has one or more that they would be willing to sell please let me know which one(s) and the price. You can e-mail me at m.rivet@verizon.net Under the subject please put the word ‘bobblehead’ so that I will know it’s not spam and delete it.
Thank you.
